I posted a few weeks ago that I was back on the "Fitness Wagon". Well, that didn't last long and I quickly fell off. I have revived my energy and am in full-swing-ahead mode. I have joined a website called My Fitness Pal. It is a free food and exercise tracking website. I started off with a modest goal of losing 10 pounds. The website takes all of your information and proposes weight loss goals for you. You have a daily alotment of calories, and when you enter your food, it keeps track for you. I have only been doing this for 2 days now, so we will see how it goes. Wish me luck!! (and motivation to go to the gym!)
