I am so ready for FALL!

Enough of the stifling heat already!! This summer has been one of the hottest on record. The couple of weeks have offered a glimpse of fall...cooler morning temperatures! However, the highs have still been in the upper eighties and nineties. The forecast for the weekend...wait for it.....the 70's!!!! I can't wait!! Will and I will be at Edisto this weekend...perfect beach weather!
I have been reading the newest Southern Living with all of the apple and fall recipes! My favorite time of year to bake. Last week, I baked the Apple Cream Cheese Bundt Cake, and I plan on making the Apple-Butterscotch Brownies to take with us to the beach.

I also, love Thanksgiving! Spending time with family is so precious to me. The whole holiday season beginning with Thanksgiving going through Christmas and New Year's is magical!

Oh yeah, and there is football!
